Data protection and data security is an important concern for G&P. We would therefore like to provide you with information on how we are following the rules for data protection, which information we gather while you are browsing our websites, and how this information is used. First and foremost: your personal data is only used for the purposes listed below and will not be used for other purposes such as advertisement without your prior consent.
When you visit our homepage or any other websites operated by us, general information is collected automatically (i.e. not by means of registration) which is not processed as personal data. Our web servers store the following data by default:
- the name of your internet service provider,
- the website that you visited us from,
- the websites that you visit when you are with us and
- your IP address.
This information is analysed in anonymous form. It is used solely for the purpose of improving the attractiveness, content, and functionality of our websites. Where data is passed on to external service providers, we have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that applicable data protection regulations are observed.
COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA.
Personal data is only collected when you make it available to us, for example in the course of registration, by filling out forms, sending emails, inquiries, by ordering services or subscribing to a newsletter.
Your personal data remains with Grabarz & Partner Werbeagentur GmbH and our affiliated companies. Your personal data will not be made available to third parties in any form by us or by persons instructed by us. The personal data that you have made available will only be used in order to perform our duties towards you and to process your requests. Your personal data will be used and processed for other purposes, such as consultancy, advertising and market research, only when you have given your prior consent. You can revoke your consent for the use of your personal data at any time with future effect by sending an email to the email address listed below at the bottom of this Data Privacy Statement.
We only store personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose that it has been collected for or as long as you have given your consent, provided that no legal requirements exist to the contrary such as retention periods required by trade or tax regulations.
We deploy technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from being manipulated unintentionally or intentionally, lost, destroyed or accessed by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continuously reviewed and revised in line with the latest technology.
RIGHT TO OBTAIN AND CORRECT INFORMATION.
At any time, you have the right to obtain information on all of the personal data about you that we have stored, to review, and if necessary, to amend or erase all of this personal data. To do this, just send an email to the email address listed below at the bottom of this Data Privacy Statement. The request of deletion of your personal data will be adhered to unless we are legally obliged to store such personal data.
Our websites can be used to subscribe to newsletters. The data provided during the subscription process for a newsletter will be used only for the purposes of sending out the newsletter. You can cancel the subscription at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the newsletter.
USE OF SOCIAL PLUGINS.
Our websites use social plug-ins provided by the social networks facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (‘Facebook’), and twitter.com, operated by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (‘Twitter’). These social plug-ins are identifiable by a Facebook and a Twitter logo respectively.
When visiting our websites, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network. This enables Facebook and/or Twitter to receive information about you having accessed the respective page of our websites with your IP address. If you are logged into your personal account at one of these social networks when visiting a page of our websites, your visit can be assigned to your personal account at the respective social network. This occurs even if you do not interact with the social plug-in. If you interact with a social plug-in – in the case of Facebook, e.g. by clicking on ‘Like’ or entering a comment – the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to the social network and stored by it.
For information on the purpose and scope of data collection by Facebook and Twitter and how the stored personal data is being processed and used, as well as your rights in this respect and settings options for protecting your privacy, please read the data protection policy of the respective social network.
You can access Facebook’s privacy notice via the following link:

If you do not wish a social network to combine data retrieved from your visit to our websites with your membership data, please log off the respective social network before entering our website.
Due to a social plug-in, a cookie with a personal identifier is set for each visit of a website, so that websites may even send data to social networks that you are not a member of.
If you do not wish social networks to collect data about you by means of social plug-ins, you may select the function ‘block third-party cookies’ in your browser settings. The browser will then not send cookies to the network server in case of embedded third-party content. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of our websites.
