We’re on the lookout for a German-speaking Senior Strategist, as of November 2020, full-time.

You have worked in creative or digital agencies for at least three to five years and know with your head and your heart exactly how to bring brands forward in 2020. You think in smart business strategies that go far beyond classic communication, as well as in creative ideas and cultural expressions that inspire and motivate the whole team. You have a passion for data analysis, already have the necessary tools at your fingertips and, above all, are keen to actively promote these topics within the agency. You know how to generate real insights from large amounts of data, statistics and figures that move people. And you enjoy passing these insights on to the creation and the clients in a well-founded and inspiring way. You are communicative in both German and English and are keen to work intensively in one of the largest and most diverse strategy teams in Germany. With your self-confidence, you are able to manage projects and clients independently and take the initiative even outside of creation projects. What qualities should you offer us?

  • Ideally several years of professional experience in strategic planning in a creative or digital agency
  • A creative brand sense, visionary spirit, the will to create and the passion to implement your concepts with top creative teams
  • A deep understanding of business and marketing
  • The ability to write creative letters and digital customer journeys in your sleep
  • The ability to manage brand projects independently and take responsibility
  • Good English skills
  • Solid experience with tools like Social Media Analytics (SMA) or Search Analytics (SA)
