You have worked as a (Senior) Comms Strategist for about 3-5 years and can provide holistic strategic advice to brands. Your focus and passion lies in Communication Strategy and the Customer Journey. You are at home with data analysis and can create clear, concise insights, learnings and inspiring presentations for customers and colleagues. You have already gained a lot of experience with target group, media and social listening tools. You are communicative and have a good feel for brands, ideas and culture, you like to work in a team, you are presentation-savvy and take the initiative.

  • Several years of professional experience as a strategist in a creative, digital or social media agency 
  • Profound knowledge in target group analysis and in-depth customer journey know-how
  • Thought leader in channel and format expertise
  • Fun and passionate about creating brand ecosystems
  • Experience in designing digital campaigns across all channels 
  • Knowledge of KPI-oriented user guidance as well as performance optimization
  • Independence in the creation of creative briefings 
  • Sense for trends and new technologies
  • Independence at work and personal responsibility
  • Presentation skills in English
  • Conceptual strength and creativity 
  • Process orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
