You have worked in creative or digital agencies for at least 3-5 years and know exactly how to bring brands forward with your head and your heart. You think in smart business strategies that go far beyond classic communication, as well as in creative ideas and cultural expressions that inspire and motivate the whole team.
You are communicative in German and English and enjoy intensive collaboration in one of the largest and most diversified strategy teams in Germany. With your self-confidence you manage projects and clients independently, even outside of creative projects, and take the initiative.   • You have creative brand sense, visionary spirit, conceptual drive and the passion to implement your concepts with top creative teams
  • Ideally, several years of professional experience in strategic planning at a creative or digital agency

  • You are strategically savvy, strong in analysis and input
  • You have a deep understanding of business and marketing
  • You can write creative briefs and digital customer journeys in your sleep
  • You are a firm believer in the impact of thoughtful brand work and excellent creative on the business success of our clients
  • You have already gained extensive experience on large and small brand clients
  • You manage brand projects independently and take responsibility for them
